Terms & Conditions

By registering for warranty, you shall be deemed to have agreed to and accepted the following terms & conditions.

 

General information

This warranty card duly stamped by the authorised dealer together with the original purchase receipt must be produced when registering Pantum products for repair/service under warranty. Repair/service charges for products without this warranty card with the authorised dealer stamp and the original purchase receipt shall be imposed accordingly.

This warranty shall be applicable for products purchase in Singapore only.

The serial number on the warranty card provided by the user must match the serial number of the defective product, otherwise the warranty is void.

 

Warranty Policy

During the warranty period of 1 year, if the product(s) is/are not functioning well, Pantum Singapore, at its sole discretion will either repair or replace the product. Extension of warranty is valid for the next 2 years (carry-in), & is applicable for parts only. To exercise the standard carry-in repair warranty, you need to deliver the defective product to our warehouse for repair, and to collect it from our service centre after repair. We do not accept mail parcel. Other delivery options may be available for a fee.

The warranty does not include cartridge, and any third parties items that could have been bundled with the product.

If, while opening the packaging, there are any damaged, broken, or missing parts, please contact Pantum Singapore immediately, via phone call or email through pantum@sinotron.biz.

Users have to send the complete machine excluding cartridge and cables for repair. We will not accept spare parts for repair.

This warranty card shall be immediately rendered invalid and unenforceable if tampered with or defaced or in the event of manifest error in information provided by you while registering for warranty. Responsibility of ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information shall be solely borne by you.

This warranty card shall be applicable to you as the purchaser of Pantum Products and shall in no circumstance be transferable and or otherwise exchangeable for any benefit.

We reserve the right at our option and absolute discretion to replace your Pantum Products, in lieu of repair, with a similar/upgraded model of an equivalent or prevailing value without further liability to you in relation to your Pantum Product. Upon replacement, the remaining period of this warranty shall continue to apply to the replacement product. We shall not be liable howsoever for any delay and or failure to undertake and or complete repair/service due to causes beyond our reasonable control including the non-availability of component parts.

Labour and transportation charges may apply in the event that no technical fault is detected during service attendance under warranty.

 

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty shall be subject to the following limitations and exclusions: a. damage, defects or malfunctions resulting from dust, interference of foreign object, natural disaster, lightning, fire, water, and or liquid substances, exposure to sunlight, improper ventilation, drop from height, inoperative/leaking batteries, civil unrest, accident and or act of God; b. incorrect installation, operation, or use of the product in an unsuitable environment as per the specifications or user documentation. c. failure or damage caused by the use of substandard print sharing server, damaged caused by using a non-standard toner and/or non-original cartridge. d. no valid warranty certificate, or warranty card with missing or altered product model, product serial number, date of purchase, dealer name, or dealer signature and stamp. e. failure and damage caused by a non-Pantum authorised organization or product modification.
